For years, I lived in cycles of burnout, self-abandonment, and emotional dysregulation, even as a healer and practitioner. My awakening came through a blend of sacred medicine journeys, deep grief work, and spiritual surrender.

With roots in Chinese medicine, neuroscience-informed healing, and the mystical path of the feminine, I’ve spent the last decade integrating ancient wisdom and modern science into a system of whole-self transformation.

Today, I guide others from that same place of wholeness, still evolving, still remembering, always real.

I live in Bend, Oregon, where the rivers run wild and the pine trees remind me to breathe. I’m a dog mama to Nala, a lover of cacao, living ceremony, creativity, and deep conversations that crack open the soul.
